The Mesa Market has 1600 booths under roof.  Vendors don't have to set up and break down because this facility is used strictly as a Swap Meet.  The Market never charges visitors for parking or admission.

A Great Vendor Value!

Space Rental is as low as $295.oo per 4 week period, plus associated tax.  This is the average price for a 10' X 30' space.  This space includes a free parking area as well.  There are larger spaces available at an additional cost.

2)  Electric (daily)
3)  8' X 10' sheds rented monthly
4) Leaving your own trailer or shed

Licenses Needed for Vending At Mesa Market Place Swap Meet

An Arizona Sales & Use Tax License must be on record with the office not matter if you are a monthly or daily vendor.  We also require a copy of your drivers license at time of the rental agreement.  The City of Mesa requires all monthly vendors within Mesa Market Place to have a City of Mesa Sales Tax License which can be obtained directly from the city of Mesa. 
If you are a vendor selling food items you will need a food license.  This license is required for any item sold that is edible, pre-package (or not) and is obtained through Maricopa County, Environmental Health Division (located at: 1001 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ  85004)  The phone number for this department is 602-506-6970.

Garage Sales are allowed at our facility.  Used Merchandise is welcomed at Mesa Market Place Swap Meet.  A second hand dealer license is required by the City of Mesa for selling garage sales items.  Inquire from the City for this option.  Vendors who just demonstrate or take sales leads are not required to have a tax ID number, but the moment monies are exchanged....a tax ID number will be required.

Office Hours of Operation

Our offices are open 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Thursday through Sunday (September through June) and Friday through Sunday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) July and August.

Market Hours of Operation

Market Hours are from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday September through June and open Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. August and September.
