The Mesa Market offers vendors an amazing vehicle to make money and take control of their financial future.Free Parking and Admission to visitors! The Mesa Market has 1600 booths under roof. Vendors don't have to set up and break down because this facility is used strictly as a Swap Meet. The Market never charges visitors for parking or admission. A Great Vendor Value!Space Rental is as low as $255.62 per 4 week period including tax. There is vendor parking available behind each space for easy access! There are also larger spaces available at an additional cost.Seasonal and year-round vendors can set up their booth spaces with merchandise and fixtures for the duration of their lease. There's no need to break down your space at the end of every weekend! Want a secure place to store your merchandise during the week? We'll be happy to rent you a steel storage unit. If you already own your own storage unit, and it meets our requirements, you may leave it at the swap meet for the duration of your lease. Licenses Needed for Vending At Mesa Market Place Swap MeetAn Arizona Sales & Use Tax License must be on record with the office not matter if you are a monthly or daily vendor. We also require a copy of your drivers license at time of the rental agreement. The City of Mesa requires all monthly vendors within Mesa Market Place to have a City of Mesa Sales Tax License which can be obtained directly from the city of Mesa.A Maricopa County Food Permit is required for all pre-packaged foods sold by vendors. Maricopa County, Environmental Health Division is located at: 1001 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The phone numbers for this department are 602-506-6970 and 602-506-6073. If you're planning on selling pre-packaged food, plan on getting Liability Insurance. Check with the office for details. Garage Sales are allowed at our facility. Used Merchandise is welcomed at Mesa Market Place Swap Meet. A second hand dealer license is required by the City of Mesa for selling garage sales items. Inquire from the City for this option. Vendors who just demonstrate or take sales leads are not required to have a tax ID number, but the moment monies are exchanged....a tax ID number will be required.
