The Mesa Market offers merchants an amazing vehicle to make money and take control of their financial future.Free Parking and Admission to visitors! The Mesa Market has 1600 booths under roof. Merchants don't have to set up and break down because this facility is used strictly as a Swap Meet. The Market never charges visitors for parking or admission. A Great Value for Merchants!Space Rental is as low as $255.62 per 4 week period including tax. Merchant parking is behind each space for easy access! There are also larger spaces available at an additional cost.Seasonal and year-round merchants can set up their booth spaces with merchandise and fixtures for the duration of their lease. There's no need to break down your space at the end of every weekend! Want a secure place to store your merchandise during the week? We'll be happy to rent you a steel storage unit. If you already own your own storage unit, and it meets our requirements, you may leave it at the swap meet for the duration of your lease. State of AZ Sales and Use Tax License & City of Mesa Sales Tax License Info: Who must have BOTH a State of AZ Sales and Use Tax License & a City of Mesa Sales Tax License? All monthlys and dailys who sell merchandise or exchange monies. Exceptions: Merchants who only demonstrate or take sales leads are exempted. Some original artists also exempted. Where to get a State of AZ Sales and Use Tax License: The Department of Revenue License and Registrations section at 275 E. Germann Rd. Other licenses Needed for Vending At Mesa Market Place Swap Meet A Maricopa County Food Permit is required for all pre-packaged foods sold by vendors. Maricopa County, Environmental Health Division is located at: 1001 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The phone numbers for this department are 602-506-6970 and 602-506-6073. If you're planning on selling pre-packaged food, plan on getting Liability Insurance. Check with the office for details.Garage sales and used merchandise: The City of Mesa requires a Second Hand Dealers License. City of Mesa Licensing Office at 55 N. Center St., Mesa, AZ.
